1.HIVERNAGE - WINTERIZING

AVERTISSEMENT:NE PAS ARRÊTER LE SYSTÈME DE FILTRATION AVANT QUE TRÉVI N'EXÉCUTE LES SERVICES D'HIVERNAGE AFIN DE PROTÉGER L'ÉQUIPEMENT CONTRE LE GEL ET DE MAINTENIR L'EAU CLAIRE. NE PAS LAISSER LE BOUCHON DE VIDANGE EN PLACE SI LA PISCINE EST VIDE. LA CIRCULATION D’EAU DOIT ÉGALEMENT ÊTRE MAINTENUE À L’INTÉRIEUR DU CHAUFFE-EAU. WARNING:DO NOT TURN OFF THE FILTRATION SYSTEM BEFORE TRÉVI HAS PERFORMED THE WINTERIZING SERVICES IN ORDER TO PROTECT THEEQUIPMENT AGAINST FROST AND TO KEEP THE WATER CLEAR. DO NOT LEAVE THE DRAIN PLUG IN IF THE POOL IS EMPTY. WATER CIRCULATION MUST ALSO BE MAINTAINED IN POOL HEATER.
1)

a) Durant la période d'hivernage, soit du 30 septembre au 1 er novembre, et la période d'ouverture, soit du 15 avril au 1 er mai, la Compagnie établira la cédule des travaux.
b) Un supplément de 50$ sera ajouté a tous tous les contrats de service reçus ou signés après le 1er novembre, pour l'hivernage: après le 15 mai, pour l'ouverture.
La Compagnie n'assume aucune responsabilité pour tous bris, dommages ou détérioration de la piscine dû à un hivernage ou une ouverture tardive.

2) Les frais de service ne comprennent pas:
a) le coût des pièces qui doivent être remplacées, sauf les pièces sous garantie;
b) le coût du démontage de la base du tremplin, de la pompe, de la glissoire;
c) le coût des réparations requises à la céramique ainsi qu'à la structure de béton après la période de garantie.
d) le coût du pompage du trop-plein d'eau lorsque la piscine est hivernée.
e) la peinture de toute couleur spéciale (hors standard).
3) La Compagnie déposera à l'endroit indiqué par le client les équipements qu'elle enlève lors des prépratifs pour l'hiver mais sans aucune responsabilité pour les dommages causés lors du déplacement de ces équipements.
4) La Compagnie se dégage de toute responsabilité relativement aux dommages découlant dusoulèvement de la piscine occasionné par une nappe phréatique trop élevée.
5) La Compagnie ne donne aucune garantie quelconque relativement à l'application de peinture à la piscine et elle n'encourera aucune responsabilité dans le cas ou la peinture s'écaillerait ou ferait des bulles.
6) La Compagnie se réserve le droit de réviser les frais de service applicables si le technicien constate que la grandeur de piscine décrite ci-haut ne correspond pas aux dimensions véritables de votre piscine ou pour tout équipement et autre service supplémentaire non mentionné.
1) a) During the winterizing period, being from September 30th to November 1st, and during the opening period, being from April 15th to May 1st, the Company will schedule the work to be done. b) A surcharge of $50 will be added to all service contract signed or received after November 1st for winterizing; after May 15th for opening.
The Company shall not be responsible for any breaks, damages or deterioration of pool due to late winterizing or opening.
2) Service charges do not include:
a) the cost of parts which need to be replaced, except those under warranty;
b) the cost of removal of the pump, the base of the diving board, the slide;
c) the cost of repairs to the ceramic or the concrete structure after the warranty period.
d) the cost of pumping out any excess water following winterizing of the pool.
e) any special paint colour (not standard).
3) The Company will place the equipment removed during winterizing where indicated by the customer but without any liability for damages caused while moving this equipment.
4)

The Company shall not be responsible for any damages resulting from any shifting of the pool caused by a high water table.

5) The Company gives no warranty whatsoever in relation to paint applied to the pool and it will not be liable in the event that the paint peels or bubbles.
6) The Company reserves the right to adjust applicable service charges in the event the technician should note any discrepancy between the size of pool described above and the actual size of your pool or any equipment and other supplementary service not mentioned.
