1.HIVERNAGE - WINTERIZING

IMPORTANT:
 Si vous possédez un filtreur à cartouche «Element», il est recommandé d’apporter cette cartouche en magasin pour un nettoyage complet afin d’obtenir un rendement maximal.
If you own an “Element” cartridge filter, it is recommended that this cartridge be brought to the store for a full cleaning in order to obtain maximum filtering efficiency.

AVERTISSEMENT:NE PAS ARRÊTER LE SYSTÈME DE FILTRATION AVANT QUE TRÉVI N'EXÉCUTE LES SERVICES D'HIVERNAGE AFIN DE PROTÉGERL'ÉQUIPEMENT CONTRE LE GEL ET DE MAINTENIR L'EAU CLAIRE. LA CIRCULATION D’EAU DOIT ÉGALEMENT ÊTRE MAINTENUE À L’INTÉRIEUR DU CHAUFFE-EAU. WARNING:DO NOT TURN OFF THE FILTRATION SYSTEM BEFORE TRÉVI HASPERFORMED THE WINTERIZING SERVICES IN ORDER TO PROTECT THEEQUIPMENT AGAINST FROST AND TO KEEP THE WATER CLEAR. WATER CIRCULATION MUST ALSO BE MAINTAINED IN POOL HEATER.
1)

a) Durant la période d'hivernage, soit du 30 septembre au 1 er novembre, et la période d'ouverture, soit du 15 avril au 1 er mai, la Compagnie établira la cédule des travaux.
b) Un supplément sera ajouté a tous tous les contrats de service reçus ou signés après le 1er novembre, pour l'hivernage: après le 1er mai, pour l'ouverture.
La Compagnie n'assume aucune responsabilité pour tous bris, dommages ou détérioration de la piscine dû à un hivernage ou une ouverture tardive.

2) Tout remplissage d'eau requis à l'ouverture sera effectué par le client.
3) Les frais de service ne comprennent pas:
a) le coût des pièces qui doivent être remplacées, sauf les pièces sous garantie;
b) le coût du nettoyage de la piscine (Trévi n’offre pas ce service).
4) La Compagnie déposera à l'endroit indiqué par le client les équipements qu'elle enlève lors des prépratifs pour l'hiver mais sans aucune responsabilité pour les dommages causés lors du déplacement de ces équipements.
5) La Compagnie se dégage de toute responsabilité relativement aux dommages causés par:
a) toute fuite d'eau découlant d'un affaissement du sol ou de la perforation de la toile;
b) le poids de la neige ou de la glace sur la toile d'hiver;
c) les débris qui pourraient tomber dans la piscine lors de l'enlèvement de la toile d'hiver ou advenant un bris causé d celle-ci.
6) la Compagnie ne roule pas, ne plie pas et ne nettoie pas la toile d'hiver;
7) Le client s'engage à enlever tous les débris sur la toile d'hiver avant le rendez-vous fixé pour l'ouverture.
8) Le client s’engage à maintenir le niveau d’eau à la moitié de la piscine durant la période d’hivernage.
9) Système au sel : la Compagnie ne fera pas la mise en fonction de ce type de système car l’eau doit être préalablement bien balancée avant d’ajouter le traitement choc. Le sel n’est pas fourni.
10) Trévi ne garantie pas que l’eau sera claire lors de l’ouverture.
11) Le client doit maintenir le puits d’assèchement vide jusqu’au gel.
1) a) During the winterizing period, being from September 30th to November 1st, and during the opening period, being from April 15th to May 1st, the Company will schedule the work to be done.
b) A surcharge  will be added to all service contract signed or received after November 1st for winterizing; after May 1st for opening.
The Company shall not be responsible for any breaks, damages or deterioration of pool due to late winterizing or opening.
2) Any refill of water required for the opening of the pool will be done by the customer.
3) Service charges do not include:
a) the cost of parts which need to be replaced, except those under warranty;
b) the cost of cleaning the pool (Trévi does not offer this service)..
4) The Company will place the equipment removed during winterizing where indicated by the customer but without any liability for damages caused while moving this equipment.
5)

The Company shall not be responsible for any damages resulting from:
a) any water leakage arising from the settling of the ground or any perforation of the liner;
b) weight of ice or snow on the winter cover;
c) any debris falling in the pool while removing the winter cover or if damage occurs to winter cover.

6) The Company does not roll, fold or clean the winter cover.
7) The customer agrees to remove all debris from the winter cover before the appointment for the opening.
8) During winterizing period, the customer agrees to maintain the water level at half the pool capacity.
9) Salt system: the Company will not perform start up for this type of system due to prebalancing of water before adding shock treatment. Salt not supplied.
10) Trévi does not guarantee that the water will be clear upon opening.
11) The customer has to maintain his draining well empty until frost.
